The TightLines team offers extensive experience in a wide variety of multi-family projects. From market-rate apartments, condos and townhomes, to historic, supportive and affordable tax credit projects, we offer full design services for student, family and senior housing. In every type of multi-family housing, we offer a continued commitment to high quality design that encourages community, safety and a sense of belonging.

We strongly believe in the importance of good communication and pride ourselves in being good listeners, as well as astute problem solvers. We initiate the design process with a thorough discussion of program items and priorities with clients. We then work together to form solutions that address the pragmatic, financial and aesthetic concerns of the project.

TightLines is a full service architectural firm that specializes in guiding our clients through the conceptual design and design development phases in order to produce a set of construction documents that represents the original program and ideas. We are also available to aid in the pre-design phase by working with the client, civil engineer and landscape designer to identify clear program, budget, and building parameters for a project. We are comfortable assisting clients with the bidding process and selection of the contractor best suited for the job.

The TightLines team has a broad range of construction administration experience. Our services often include the review of shop drawings, attendance at construction meetings, and review of contractor payment applications.
