Historic Revitalization

We believe revitalization of neighborhoods is a way to restore energy and hope for future generations and to evoke a sense of pride in the past. We have extensive experience with historic architecture and communities and will gladly help you seek any required approvals for use in Historic Districts.

If you don't find the appropriate style in our existing catalog of home designs, we can provide affordable custom designs that fit the character and design requirments of your local Historic District.

Nearly all of our home designs have been approved by the North Carolina State Historic Preservation Office for use in National Historic Districts across the state. We have extensive experience with the staff of the North Carolina State Historic Preservation Office and since their office is less than one mile from our office, we can offer quick review and responses to your requests.
