Kirkwood Crossing

This affordable family housing development, currently in the design phase, is comprised of seven townhouse-style buildings and one community building.  The units are a mix of one and two stories, with seven “Type A” accessible units for physically handicapped tenants.   The site provides a playground and covered picnic area, while the community building offers a computer lab, laundry facility, and covered porch.
