McBrayer Village

This 51-unit senior living community, currently in the design phase, is spread over 4 blocks and promises a revitalized area at the center of Shelby, NC.  There are ten townhouse-style buildings with one-story units, as well as a community building, which houses a gathering space, computer lab, laundry facility, and exercise room. 

The large covered porch on the community building opens to a common green space.
