Partners

A cohesive, time-honored tradition. From day one, TightLines Designs has considered it essential to create partnerships with those who strive for responsible community development and sustainability practices. After all, it’s to everyone’s advantage including yours. We work together to make your building process more efficient, increase your business community recognition, and provide access to tax credits and funding options. In addition to providing home designs that fit the needs and appearance of specific neighborhoods, you can also benefit from our consultation on community and conservation land planning, experienced developers and contractors, construction alternatives, and material suppliers. Tightlines Designs and our partners in this effort pave the way to ease the process.

Align with a Sustainable Leader

Are you doing all you can to meet your goals for sustainability? As experts in this area, we can guide you throughout the green home certification and residential LEED requirements process, showing you how to select a program, determine attainable goals and implement construction details that ensure certification.

Tightlines Design is proud to unite with a business community that’s joined ENERGY STAR® to provide home designs that are energy efficient and reduce pollution. We’re dedicated to enlisting our partners in greener ways through certification programs to conserve energy and natural resources and maintain optimal indoor air quality.
