This affordable family housing development, currently in the design phase, is comprised of seven townhouse-style buildings and one community building.  The units are a mix of one and two stories, with seven “Type A” accessible units for physically handicapped tenants.

This 51-unit senior living community, currently in the design phase, is spread over 4 blocks and promises a revitalized area at the center of Shelby, NC.  There are ten townhouse-style buildings with one-story units, as well as a community building, which houses a gathering space, computer lab, laundry facility, and exercise room.

A 50-unit senior apartment building currently in the design phase, this 4-story project features spacious units, many of which have full or juliet balconies off of the living space.  The building offers many amenities, including a multipurpose room, exercise room, crafts room, laundry facility, computer lab, lounge, and covered porch.
