Unlimited Use License — Includes a PDF of construction drawings and the license to build a TightLines Design indefinitely. An unlimited-use license cannot be purchased incrementally.

Standard drawings will be emailed within 3-5 business days of ordering and payment; Energy Star plans will be emailed within 1-3 weeks.  A licensing agreement must be signed before issuance of construction drawings. ENERGY STAR® Plans

Home plans that are Designed to Earn the ENERGY STAR can be used nationwide and are approved by a certified HERS rater. Construction drawings sets include the details, specifications, and checklists required in the process of acquiring the ENERGY STAR.

11"x17" PDFs that show the basic design information including exterior elevations and dimensioned floor plans. The detail included is useful for obtaining preliminary estimates of materials and building costs but does not include structural design or specifications needed for construction and final pricing.
