We currently offer several house plans that meet the standards of the American Disabilities Act by providing larger doorways, larger turn-around space in kitchens and bathrooms, accessible bathing fixtures, toilets, and sinks, and accessible cabinetry to accommodate the handicapped and elderly. Additionally, we are happy to modify any of our single story homes (that do not currently have accessible options) to meet your needs.
