Poplar Network, a website for the Green Building Community that focuses on LEED and green building technology, recently featured TightLines Designs in an article that highlights LEED’s High-Priority Site credit and the process of working with reclaimed properties.
The article mentions that “every neighborhood is different and deserves its own special care,” and we coudn’t agree more. We are honored to work in any community that invites us to help with their infill and revitalization goals. One example we are particularly proud of is the revitalization of the State Street Villas in Raleigh, NC completed in 2012 (see photos below).
