The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency released its list of the 2018 Housing Credit Awards. In total, they awarded 38 projects in 30 counties, which comes to over 2,600 affordable units to be developed in North Carolina. The TightLines team is excited be working on four newly awarded projects, as well as one project awarded earlier this year. Congrats to all projects awarded!
