Check out our latest new project in Greensboro: a 72-unit apartment complex community, named Muirs Landing.
This complex will be a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units and is expected to reach completion by summer 2020. Muirs Landing was funded in part with 9% Low-Income NC Housing Tax Credits, and will be meeting ENERGY STAR 3.0.
