Cuyler Spring, in Goldsboro, NC, is a NCHFA 9% Low-Income NC Housing Tax Credit funded senior living facility. The three-story building features a total of 50 residential units (one and two bedroom units) and common spaces including gathering spaces, exercise rooms and studies, and individual storage rooms. This project is expected to reach completion in 2020.
