Benton Crossing, located in Columbia, SC, will provide a 56-unit multi-family community with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. This five story, acute angled building will include a multipurpose room with kitchenette as well as an exercise room, computer room and playground. This was a 9% low income housing tax credit project. The exterior face of Benton Crossing will not only include green wall panels but also seven art panels along River Drive that will be filled with the vision of one local artist in partnership with the surrounding community.
