These two quadraplex buildings are located in the Boylan Heights Historic District adjacent to downtown Raleigh, NC. These charming buildings each feature two 2-bedroom flats of 1000 sq ft on the ground floor, and two 3-bedroom, 2-story units of 2000 sq ft on the upper floors. The exterior character of the homes was designed to fit seamlessly with the surrounding historic homes, while the interior features and amenities allow for a more contemporary living experience.
The design was honored with the Sir Walter Raleigh Award for Community Appearance.
