Single-family community in Manteo, NC. Our stock plans were modified to give the houses a coastal aesthetic. Due to their location on the OBX, these houses were built on pilings to raise them above the flood plain. TightLines worked with the developer to modify our plans to meet these aesthetic and structural needs.
