After being destroyed by a fire, these apartments located in Raleigh were rebuilt using original foundations. TightLines Designs principal David Maurer leveraged the remaining original foundations to redesign the previous floorplans, creating spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments ranging from 1000 sq ft to 1200 sq ft.
A curved railing detail was added to set off each porch.
