Amber Spring, in northeast Raleigh, NC, is a NCHFA 9% Low-Income NC Housing Tax Credit funded senior living facility. The three-story building features a total of 42 residential units (one and two bedroom units) and common spaces including a TV lounge, exercise room, computer room, and individual storage rooms. Completed in 2019, this project was developed with one of our most loyal clients, Evergreen Construction Company.
