Cypress Cove is a 200-unit complex with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units, and is our largest project to date. This Wilmington community, funded in part with 4% Low-Income NC Housing Tax Credits, is also our firm’s first HUD-funded multi-family project. Completed in 2019, Cypress Cove was a joint effort with long-time partner, East Carolina Community Development Inc. and general contractor, Harold K Jordan & Co.
