Lafayette Park is a 72-unit apartment community located in Fayetteville, North Carolina that was completed late 2019. This was another 9% Low-Income NC Housing Tax Credit funded project that we designed in collaboration with long-time partners Quadrant Construction & Eastpoint Homes. Lafayette Park offers spacious & affordable one, two and three bedroom apartments.
