Landon Greene, located in Statesville, is a 60-unit community with a mix of one and two bedroom units. The three-story, L-shaped building will include a multipurpose room, several indoor & outdoor seating areas, a computer lounge, a covered patio with seating and a covered picnic pavilion. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in early 2023. Landon Greene is a NCHFA 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit funded senior living community.
