Completed in 2020, Muirs Landing Apartments in Greensboro, NC is a 72-unit community with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units. The on-site Clubhouse provides a fitness center, laundry room and community space with kitchen, as well as a beautiful new playground. Muirs Landing was funded in part with 9% Low-Income NC Housing Tax Credits, and meets ENERGY STAR 3.0 requirements.
