Old Firetower Place is a 60-unit community with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units. The site will feature a picnic pavilion, playground and tot lot, as well as a community building with an indoor gathering area and covered patio. The project is currently under construction in Greenville, North Carolina, and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2020. Old Firetower Place was funded in part with 9% Low-Income NC Housing Tax Credits.
