This urban project, located in downtown Raleigh, features five 2-bedroom/2-bath units, five 2-bedroom/2.5 bath units, and one 3-bedroom/2.5 bath unit. The eleven units range from 1,000 to 2,000 sq ft.
The design was honored with the Sir Walter Raleigh Award for Community Appearance.
