Located in Raleigh, NC, Poyner Spring is a NCHFA 9% Low-Income NC Housing Tax Credit funded senior living facility. The three story building features a total of 42 residential units (one and two bedroom units) and common spaces including gathering spaces, exercise rooms and studies, and individual storage rooms. This project was developed with one of our most loyal clients, Evergreen Construction Company.
