Ravenwood Crossing, in Rocky Mount, NC, is a NCHFA tax credit funded townhouse project featuring one, two and three bedroom units, and a centralized clubhouse and outdoor amenity area. This 80-unit community was completed in 2019 with long-time client, Woda Coooper Companies.
