Redhill Pointe Apartments in Greensboro, NC is a 84-unit community with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units. The Clubhouse, which gives a nod to the historic Sedgefield Stables barn remaining on site, includes a fitness center, laundry room and community space with kitchen. Redhill Pointe was funded in part with 9% Low-Income NC Housing Tax Credits & HUD HOME program funds, and was completed winter 2022.
