Project Description
Rivergate Greene is a 72-unit community with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. Three of the four buildings create a close-knit, unique courtyard around the community building, playground and tot lot. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2020. Rivergate Greene is a NCHFA 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit funded family living community.
